Help Racquetball Ontario build new youth Racquetball projects
Published: Oct 9,2026
Hello Racquetball Members,
Racquetball Ontario is excited to share a new funding opportunity through the RE.sport Micro‑Grants Program, supporting fresh, youth‑focused sport initiatives across the province. This program offers up to $500 for youth‑led ideas and up to $5,000 for community‑led projects, with funding starting in early 2027.
This is a chance for our community to spark new racquetball experiences for junior players, especially in areas where the sport is growing or underserved.
Why This Matters for Us
We want to encourage junior athletes (ages 12–18) to help shape the next wave of racquetball programming. Their ideas, interests, and lived experiences are exactly what this grant is designed to support. Whether it’s a beginner program, a school partnership, a youth‑run event, or a creative “first‑touch” racquetball activity — we want to hear it.
What’s Eligible
- New, locally driven racquetball initiatives
- Projects involving 15–20 youth
- Equipment, facility access, coaching, outreach, accessibility supports
- Youth‑led concepts or community‑run programs that introduce racquetball in fresh ways
