Mini-Clinics with Mitch is a ten-part series of instructional videos full of tips and ideas for athletes. Mitch Brayley developed this series in order to provide athletes with a focus while they were unable to access facilities during the COVID-19 shutdowns. Mitch provides useful ideas, drills and technique that can be used on and off the court at any time by athletes of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
