No matter what age people have a blast playing Racquetball. Racquetball is a full body workout (trust me you will know once you give it a try), as a stand alone sport or a complimentary “off season” activity, racquetball will improve your athletic abilities and you will have fun doing it!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the speed at which the ball moves, this sport will improve reflexes, balance, flexibility and hand-eye coordination. It is a sport for all ages and all abilities. As an individual or team sport, it encourages people to step outside their comfort zone and try something different which fosters self confidence and self awareness all while having fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
